About the Role
NovoEd is seeking a Senior UX Designer to help shape intuitive, high-impact learning experiences on our global talent development platform. You’ll collaborate with product and design partners to turn learner needs into clear, engaging interfaces that support purposeful practice, coaching, and group collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Design user-centered experiences across web and product surfaces for online learning workflows
- Create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs based on user research and product goals
- Partner with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, research, and content) to define requirements and refine solutions
- Translate complex learning journeys into usable, accessible, and consistent design systems
- Evaluate design outcomes through feedback, metrics, and usability insights
Requirements
- Proven experience designing UX for complex, user-driven digital products
- Strong skills in prototyping and visual/UI design with a solid understanding of interaction patterns
- Experience collaborating with research and product teams to incorporate findings into design decisions
- Working knowledge of design systems and accessibility best practices
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present design rationale clearly
