About the Role
Significance, a woman-owned federal consulting firm, is seeking a Navy Technical Writer Senior Consultant to support a high-visibility Navy account. This onsite role is based in Falls Church, VA and requires an Active Secret Clearance. You’ll serve as a lead who brings clarity to complex operations through rigorous process analysis and enterprise alignment.
Responsibilities
- Lead process optimization efforts by analyzing workflows, documentation, and operational practices
- Translate complex technical and operational information into clear, accurate technical content
- Support enterprise-level alignment by coordinating with stakeholders across functions and teams
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement across processes and supporting materials
- Deliver high-quality deliverables that improve organizational clarity and execution
Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance
- Senior-level experience as a technical writer and/or process & strategy consultant
- Strong ability to conduct process analysis and convert findings into actionable documentation
- Experience working with federal or defense stakeholders and high-visibility programs
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on accuracy and clarity
