About the Role
Airbnb is looking for a Staff Platform Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of quality tooling for our global Community Support operations. You’ll help build scalable platform capabilities that support Quality Analysts, Team Leads, and Operations Managers in delivering consistent, high-quality service to hosts and guests worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Own the quality tooling platform strategy and translate it into clear product roadmaps
- Drive execution across engineering and partner teams to deliver reliable, measurable improvements
- Define platform requirements, success metrics, and operational expectations for quality workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure tooling supports day-to-day quality processes at scale
- Continuously improve systems for performance, usability, and operational resilience
Requirements
- Experience leading platform or technical product initiatives in a large-scale environment
- Strong ability to set strategy and manage delivery against roadmap goals
- Proven collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Operational mindset focused on quality outcomes and dependable service
