About the Role
Axiom Technologies is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to configure, set up, and support the ServiceNow ITSM platform. This role will partner closely with ITSM Process Architects, Business Analysts, IT Architects, and internal support teams to help ensure service delivery meets business needs.
Responsibilities
- Configure and implement ServiceNow ITSM applications, including ongoing maintenance
- Support end-users with onsite and on-call assistance related to desktop computing and service delivery
- Collaborate with ITSM Process Architects and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into ITSM workflows
- Work with IT support and technical teams to troubleshoot issues and improve system performance
- Assist with ITSM implementation planning, updates, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Experience configuring ServiceNow ITSM applications
- Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams (Process Architects, Analysts, Architects, and Support)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to timely, accurate support
