About the Role
Roku is seeking a Product Solutions Lead to help shape how advertisers and publishers connect with audiences across the TV streaming ecosystem. As part of Roku Ads, you’ll contribute to products that enable meaningful engagement for consumers and measurable outcomes for partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead product solutions efforts for advertising and publisher use cases within Roku Ads Manager
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into product-ready solutions
- Support go-to-market planning by aligning product capabilities with customer and partner requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive improvements across the product lifecycle
- Use customer and performance feedback to inform prioritization and iteration
Requirements
- Experience in product, solutions, or a closely related role focused on customer outcomes
- Strong ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams
- Comfort working with advertising, media, or platform ecosystems is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to manage ambiguity
