About the Role

H&M Group is looking for a Non-Commercial Goods (NCG) Specialist to support efficient, on-time logistics for non-commercial goods. In this role, you will help ensure cost-effective delivery, promote sustainable reuse, and maintain accurate material flow from split-point(s) to all Construction & Facilities projects.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the logistics setup for NCG, ensuring timely movement of goods across split-point(s) and project locations
  • Manage end-to-end coordination across sourcing, transportation, inventory handling, and required documentation
  • Support sustainable reuse practices to reduce waste and improve resource efficiency
  • Ensure materials are tracked accurately to maintain visibility across Construction & Facilities projects
  • Work cross-functionally to align logistics operations with project needs and delivery timelines

Requirements

  • Experience in logistics coordination, supply chain operations, or related materials management
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts and deadlines
  • Comfort working with documentation and inventory/flow processes
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
