About the Role
Cuyuna Regional Medical Center (CRMC) is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead our Emergency Department and Wound Care services. In this role, you’ll help ensure safe, compassionate, high-quality care for patients and support a strong, collaborative team culture in a rural healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Emergency Department and wound care services.
- Lead, coach, and schedule nursing staff to maintain strong coverage and workflow.
- Coordinate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to support timely, patient-centered care.
- Support quality improvement initiatives, including monitoring outcomes and addressing opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable policies, standards of care, and regulatory requirements.
- Promote patient safety, effective communication, and a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Leadership experience in an acute care setting, such as emergency services and/or wound care.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
