About the Role

We’re hiring a Nurse Recruiter to help build a strong pipeline of talent and support travelers, clients, and employees with a people-first approach.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and source qualified nursing candidates
- Develop relationships with potential hires and guide them through the recruitment process
- Support candidate retention by maintaining strong communication and follow-through
- Collaborate with internal teams to align staffing needs with candidate availability
- Maintain accurate recruiting and candidate information throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing (healthcare experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficiency with recruiting tools and basic data management
