About the Role
Sprenger Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our in-house team on a PRN basis. This is intentionally different from contract models—your priorities stay focused on your residents and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide meaningful occupational therapy services that support residents’ goals and daily functioning
- Deliver clinician-led, patient-centered treatment plans
- Collaborate with your therapy team to support consistent care across the facility
- Maintain a strong commitment to quality and resident outcomes
Requirements
- Occupational Therapist licensure (OTR) in the state where you will practice
- Experience working in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and a patient-first approach
- Ability to work PRN as scheduled
