About the Role
Rydell Auto Center is looking for a full-time Office Admin to support our dealership operations. In this role, you’ll help keep vehicle deal paperwork moving smoothly by processing car deals, verifying costs for the accounting team, and coordinating legal document transfers for the DMV.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage dealership car deals and related paperwork
- Verify and confirm costs and documentation needed by the accounting department
- Coordinate legal transfer of documents for DMV submissions
- Support day-to-day office tasks to keep workflows organized and timely
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance
Requirements
- Experience working in a dealership office environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and comfort handling sensitive documents
- Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Professional communication and a team-first attitude
