About the Role
We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a Property Management Field Manager. You’ll help keep daily operations running smoothly by managing email communication, coordinating with vendors, and tracking requests and projects with professionalism and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to emails in a timely, professional manner
- Coordinate with vendors on maintenance requests, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Assist with property management tasks, appointments, and related scheduling
- Track ongoing projects, service requests, and vendor communications
- Maintain organized records and documentation of correspondence and completed tasks
- Provide administrative support to the Property Management Field Manager as needed
- Follow up on outstanding items to ensure tasks are completed by deadlines
- Support daily virtual assistant duties for smooth operations
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Professional, courteous communication with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
Tools & Schedule
- Email platforms (e.g., Gmail, Outlook)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
- Work mode: Remote
