About the Role
Cunningham is looking for an Office Administrator to support our Denver office with day-to-day administrative and operational needs. This exempt role helps create a professional, efficient, and welcoming workplace through consistent onsite presence, thoughtful visitor engagement, coordinated facilities support, and reliable administrative service.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a full-time onsite presence at the Denver office, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Welcome and assist internal staff, leadership, and external guests as a primary point of contact
- Coordinate meeting and event logistics to ensure smooth, well-organized experiences
- Support office operations and complete a variety of administrative tasks with professionalism and discretion
- Help manage multiple priorities while maintaining an excellent service mindset
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Comfort working onsite in a fast-paced office environment
