Rydell Auto Center is hiring a full-time Office Administrator to support our dealership operations. In this role, you’ll help keep vehicle deals moving smoothly by processing paperwork, confirming pricing details for accounting, and coordinating DMV-related document transfers.
Responsibilities
- Process car deals and ensure required paperwork is completed accurately
- Verify costs and documentation details for the accounting department
- Handle legal transfer of documents for DMV submissions
- Support the dealership office with day-to-day administrative coordination

Requirements
- Prior experience working in a dealership office preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with documents
- Comfort working with accounting-related pricing and deal information
