About the Role
Rydell Auto Center is hiring a full-time Office Administrator to support our dealership operations. In this role, you’ll help keep vehicle deals moving smoothly by coordinating key paperwork tasks and partnering with our accounting and DMV-related processes.
Responsibilities
- Process car deals and ensure deal documentation is complete
- Verify and compile cost information for the accounting department
- Handle legal transfer paperwork and DMV document submission
- Support the dealership office with day-to-day administrative coordination
Requirements
- Experience working in a dealership office (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with documents
- Reliable, team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment
