About the Role
As an Oncology Nurse Educator (ONE), you’ll be field-based and partner with allied healthcare professionals to deliver product and disease education. This role supports patient management across the full care journey—before, during, and after treatment—by providing practical education, resources, and clinical guidance on approved therapies.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage targeted accounts to provide disease state and therapy education to clinicians
- Deliver clinical in-services and ongoing training focused on dosing, administration, and symptom/side effect management
- Identify educational needs and translate them into effective education plans and resources
- Collaborate with internal field teams to align education support within established ways of working
- Support clinicians in initiating and managing patients on therapy, including follow-up education
Requirements
- Oncology nursing experience with strong clinical knowledge of cancer care and patient symptom management
- Ability to educate and communicate clearly with healthcare professionals in the field
- Comfort working independently while coordinating with cross-functional field teams
- Reside within a reasonable distance of the primary city (San Francisco, Seattle, or Portland)
