About the Role
JadeClass Education is seeking a Course Developer to support our online English Writing and Analysis programs for students who already have a strong command of English. The courses help learners strengthen written communication with the goal of preparing for further study abroad.
Students range from ages 6–16 and are matched based on English level, behavior, and motivation. You’ll help deliver clear, practical learning experiences focused on concrete writing and analysis skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine course materials and lesson plans for writing and analysis topics (e.g., story analysis, persuasive writing, narrative writing, analytical writing, and literature analysis)
- Review and adapt classroom-ready resources provided by the design team to ensure they’re taught effectively
- Teach in a structured semester format with a small group (up to eight students per teacher)
- Support student progress by guiding them through targeted writing and comprehension skill-building activities
Requirements
- Strong command of English, with the ability to teach writing and analysis effectively
- Experience teaching or developing materials for multiple levels (all levels)
- Ability to review and implement provided lesson resources with consistency and care
- Video introduction required as part of the application
