About the Role
Scout Motors is looking for an Order Management & Reporting Specialist to support the accuracy and visibility of customer orders. In this role, you’ll help ensure reporting is reliable and that order information flows smoothly across teams as the business scales.
Responsibilities
- Monitor order lifecycle data to support timely processing and accurate status updates
- Build and maintain reporting to track order performance, exceptions, and key metrics
- Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate with internal partners to resolve them
- Prepare routine and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement of order management workflows and data quality
Requirements
- Experience working with order management systems and/or operational reporting
- Strong data accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency with reporting tools (e.g., Excel and/or BI tools)
- Ability to interpret order trends and communicate findings clearly
- Comfort collaborating cross-functionally to resolve issues
