Cybersecurity Information System Security Manager (ISSM) - Senior Onsite Role

About the Role

Arlo Solutions is seeking an experienced Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to support a U.S. Army customer in Orlando, Florida. In this on-site role, you will help manage cybersecurity posture and strengthen risk management across the information system environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the system’s cybersecurity posture in alignment with applicable requirements
• Oversee Risk Management activities and support ongoing risk decisions
• Coordinate security documentation, assessments, and compliance activities as needed
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders and internal teams to address security gaps and improvement opportunities
• Support continuous monitoring efforts to help maintain an effective security posture

Requirements

• Proven experience in an ISSM or equivalent information system security leadership role
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and risk management processes
• Ability to work effectively in a customer-facing environment supporting mission requirements
• Clear communication skills for coordinating security activities and documenting outcomes
