About the Role
We’re looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to help drive revenue by proactively contacting prospective customers. You’ll introduce our services, guide leads through the sales process, and work toward weekly sales goals. This role is in-office (Phoenix office).
Responsibilities
- Call and connect with prospective clients daily to generate sales opportunities
- Present our offerings using the approved sales presentation script
- Work toward a one-call close by qualifying needs and positioning the right solution
- Follow up as needed to move prospects through the sales process
- Learn customer needs and recommend appropriate digital marketing solutions
- Meet or exceed weekly sales targets
Requirements
- Comfort making high-volume outbound calls
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow a sales script
- Motivation to achieve weekly targets
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (preferred)
Benefits
- $18/hour base pay
- Uncapped weekly commission
- Estimated earning potential of $45,000–$50,000 annually
- Sign-on bonus of $500+ after 90 days
