About the Role
Join AoPS Academy as a part-time Math Instructor for the 2026–2027 academic year. If you’re passionate about math and enjoy helping students learn through an interactive, student-centered approach, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Teach using AoPS Academy’s company-created curriculum and materials for advanced learners
- Lead small-group math classes and keep students actively engaged in each lesson
- Support student-led learning and foster a collaborative classroom environment
- Manage classroom activities effectively for up to 16 students
- Grade assessments and provide thoughtful feedback to help students improve
- Build strong relationships with students and families to support long-term growth
Requirements
- Comfort teaching math to advanced students
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback on student work
- Commitment to engaging students and supporting a positive learning experience
