As a Part-Time Sales Ambassador at Lush, you’ll be a product and brand expert who delivers outstanding customer consultations and hands-on product demonstrations. You’ll help create a fun, inclusive store experience while supporting daily sales goals and strong teamwork on the shop floor.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs
- Demonstrate products and share brand knowledge confidently
- Support store sales targets by engaging customers throughout the day
- Maintain a positive, welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits
- Collaborate with teammates to contribute to overall shop excellence in sales and operations
Requirements
- Availability for 20–29 hours per week
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Comfort learning and explaining product details
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced retail setting
