About the Role
Microsoft’s Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) brings together strategic sellers, industry and security experts, engineering talent, data scientists, architects, and consultants to deliver end-to-end, industry-specific solutions for Microsoft’s most important customers. We’re looking for an Industry Solutions Delivery Area/Organizational Unit Partner Commercial Lead to drive partner commercial execution for your assigned area or organizational unit across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Execute the ISD partner commercial strategy for your Area/Organizational Unit (OU)
- Drive partner engagement and alignment to support customer outcomes and industry solution delivery
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, shape commercial plans, and remove execution blockers
- Support scalable, repeatable partner motions while tailoring approaches to specific customer and industry needs
- Track and communicate progress against partner and commercial goals
Requirements
- Experience leading partner commercial activities (e.g., partner strategy, sales motions, or go-to-market execution)
- Strong understanding of enterprise solution delivery and customer value creation
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across sales, engineering, consulting, and delivery teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
