About the Role
INTEGRIS Health is seeking a Patient Financial Advisor to serve as the primary point of contact for patient billing questions at our 5300 Building in Oklahoma City, OK. In this role, you’ll help patients, providers, and payers navigate post-care account resolution and billing-related concerns with care and clarity.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for patient billing inquiries and account questions
- Serve as a liaison between INTEGRIS Health, patients, providers, and payers
- Support post-care account resolution and help coordinate next steps for billing issues
- Provide clear information about billing practices and available options to patients
Requirements
- Experience working in a patient financial, billing, or customer service environment (healthcare preferred)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain billing information clearly
- Professional, empathetic approach when working with patients and families
- Detail-oriented mindset to support accurate account handling
