About the Role
SimonMed Imaging is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to be the first point of contact for patients as they arrive for their imaging visit. You’ll help guide the admission process with accuracy, compassion, and professionalism while ensuring every detail is handled smoothly across our imaging centers.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and provide clear guidance from check-in through admission
- Verify insurance information and support accurate documentation processing
- Collect, review, and manage required forms to keep visits efficient and organized
