About the Role
SimonMed Imaging is looking for a Patient Services Specialist to be the first point of care for patients across our imaging centers. You’ll guide individuals through the admission process with accuracy, compassion, and confidence—helping ensure every visit begins with clarity and ease.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and support them through check-in and admission
- Verify insurance information and confirm coverage details
- Process required paperwork and documentation accurately
- Coordinate with the team to keep the patient flow efficient in a fast-paced setting
