About the Role
Join our engineering team as an Electrical Engineering Intern (Mining & Industrial), supported by experienced engineers, industry specialists, and a global network of technical experts. You’ll build practical engineering, professional, and project delivery skills while gaining exposure to engineering work across the full project lifecycle—from early feasibility and concept design to detailed engineering and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support electrical and instrumentation engineering delivery across mining, industrial, and transport sectors while learning from senior engineers.
- Help prepare project documentation including technical reports, calculations, specifications, drawings, and other deliverables.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as mechanical, civil, structural, and process engineers to contribute to project outcomes.
- Apply engineering principles, industry standards, and best practices to help develop solutions that are safe, practical, and sustainable.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an electrical engineering program (or closely related field) and able to complete an internship starting in Nov 2026.
- Basic understanding of electrical and instrumentation engineering concepts and engineering documentation.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a team environment.
- Interest in engineering work across mining, industrial, and transport applications.
