About the Role

LABTECH DIAGNOSTICS is hiring a full-time Phlebotomist Floater to provide onsite support across multiple locations in the La Porte, Texas area. You’ll work in a fast-paced healthcare setting, collecting patient specimens with professionalism and care while delivering an excellent patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate phlebotomy procedures for patients in assigned locations
• Verify patient information and follow specimen collection and labeling protocols
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with clinic procedures
• Provide courteous, patient-focused support throughout the collection process
• Support team needs by traveling between sites as scheduled

Requirements

• Phlebotomy experience preferred (training may be considered depending on qualifications)
• Ability to follow established safety and specimen handling procedures
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in patient identification and labeling
• Professional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Availability to work onsite at multiple locations
