About the Role
LABTECH DIAGNOSTICS is seeking a full-time Phlebotomist to join our team in Alvin, Texas. In this onsite role, you’ll perform patient specimen collection with care and professionalism while supporting the diagnostic process that helps clinicians deliver better outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Collect blood specimens accurately and safely according to established procedures
- Verify patient information and ensure proper labeling and handling of specimens
- Provide a positive, patient-focused experience during every visit
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety and infection-control standards
- Support workflow needs across assigned locations as required
Requirements
- Phlebotomy experience preferred (new graduates may be considered)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized protocols
- Comfort working with patients and maintaining a calm, respectful bedside manner
- Reliable attendance and willingness to support multiple locations onsite
