About the Role
We’re seeking highly motivated engineers across multiple disciplines to support the design and documentation of large-scale physical infrastructure projects such as data centers, refineries, chemical plants, and similar facilities.
This role is ideal for engineers who have worked with EPC teams for 2–5 years and want to contribute ideas and improve how engineering deliverables are created and managed—using AI-enabled tooling to accelerate the process.
Responsibilities
- Contribute discipline-specific expertise to support electrical, mechanical, civil, I&C, piping, structural, and environmental engineering deliverables
- Help develop and validate AI-generated outputs including SLDs, load lists, and cable schedules
- Review and refine standard engineering package outputs (e.g., diagrams, schedules, and documentation structure)
- Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team to improve workflows and reduce manual effort
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience working for or with EPCs
- Familiarity with electrical engineering documentation and deliverables such as SLDs, cable schedules, and load lists
- Experience in one or more relevant disciplines (process, electrical, mechanical, civil, I&C, piping, structural, environmental)
- Comfort working with AI coding tools and technical workflows (advantage if you’ve used tools like Claude Code or Codex)
Benefits
- Opportunity to apply engineering expertise to AI-driven automation of critical design documents
- Work with a team focused on improving engineering processes and collaboration
- Flexible, work-from-anywhere setup (location not specified)
