About the Role
Join BenchMark Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, as a Physical Therapist Assistant in our modern outpatient orthopedic clinic. We’re looking for part-time and PRN PTAs who are passionate about helping patients restore movement and return to the activities they enjoy. If you have a special interest in pelvic health, we’d love to learn more.
Responsibilities
- Assist the licensed physical therapist with patient care plans in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Support patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility-focused treatment
- Help create a positive, collaborative experience that encourages patient progress
- Maintain appropriate clinical documentation and follow clinic standards
Requirements
- PTA licensure/eligibility in Tennessee
- Experience level can range from recent graduate to experienced clinician
- Strong interest in orthopedic care, with pelvic health interest a plus
- Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
