About the Role
Join our new in-house rehabilitation team at Lakeside Health and Wellness. We’re dedicated to delivering excellent post-acute care experiences using advanced treatment technologies and coordinated therapy services.
Responsibilities
- Assist the licensed Physical Therapist with patient treatment plans and therapeutic exercises
- Provide hands-on support to help patients work toward mobility, strength, and functional goals
- Support documentation and follow care instructions to ensure continuity of services
- Contribute to a team-based approach with Physical, Occupational, and Speech Rehabilitation Therapists
Requirements
- Current PTA licensure/credentials as required in Texas
- Experience in rehabilitation care preferred
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Ability to support safe, high-quality treatment in a clinical setting
