About the Role
Innovate Rehab and Wellness is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to provide supportive, patient-focused care in a skilled nursing facility. This PRN position offers flexible, as-needed shifts with realistic daily scheduling to help support work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Assist the physical therapist with patient treatments and daily care plans
- Provide one-on-one support with a focus on individualized therapy outcomes
- Help maintain a safe, organized clinical environment
- Follow patient treatment plans and document care as required
Requirements
- Active licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred
- Strong communication and compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Ability to work flexible PRN shifts based on facility needs
