About the Role
Innovate Rehab and Wellness is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PRN) to support patient care in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Odessa. This as-needed role offers flexible scheduling with realistic day-to-day coordination to help maintain work–life balance.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on physical therapy assistant support under the direction of licensed therapists
- Deliver primarily one-on-one patient care while keeping group/concurrent time under 1%
- Assist with patient mobility, therapeutic exercises, and daily treatment support
- Maintain a supportive, patient-first approach in a skilled nursing setting
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Experience in skilled nursing or a related clinical environment preferred
- Strong communication and compassionate bedside manner
- Ability to work flexible PRN shifts as scheduled
