About the Role
We’re seeking a senior operational leader to drive performance and operational excellence across our Plaintiff Personal Injury practice. As Director of Operations, you’ll oversee Senior Case Management (Production), Medical Management, and Reductions—ensuring consistent execution, strong accountability, and measurable progress toward business goals.
This is a 100% onsite leadership role based in Miami Lakes, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across Senior Case Management (Production), Medical Management, and Reductions
- Oversee multiple department managers and coordinate large cross-functional teams
- Manage performance using KPI tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Optimize workflows and processes to improve productivity, quality, and turnaround times
- Build and develop leaders and teams through coaching, performance management, and clear expectations
- Ensure operational consistency across departments while maintaining compliance with firm standards
- Drive operational planning and execution to meet key business objectives
Requirements
- Extensive leadership experience in a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm or closely related legal operations environment
- Proven record improving productivity through KPI management and process optimization
- Strong operational mindset with experience standardizing processes and improving execution
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, including managing managers and cross-functional teams
- Ability to drive accountability and maintain high operational standards in a fast-paced environment
