About the Role
Specified Technologies Inc. (STI) is seeking a Planner/Buyer to support day-to-day operations by forecasting demand, planning raw material needs, and coordinating production schedules. In this role, you’ll help ensure the right materials are available at the right time to support manufacturing and customer demand.
Responsibilities
- Forecast demand and translate it into actionable planning inputs
- Plan and monitor raw material requirements to support production needs
- Develop and maintain production schedules in alignment with inventory and lead times
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve planning issues and keep schedules on track
- Track supply and demand signals, adjusting plans as conditions change
Requirements
- Experience in purchasing, planning, or supply chain coordination
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfort working with production schedules, inventory levels, and lead times
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional coordination
