Plant Controller (Finance & Accounting Leadership) - Hybrid in Springdale, AR

About the Role

Join our Building & Construction Systems (BCS) business as a Plant Controller in Springdale, Arkansas. In this role, you’ll partner closely with plant leadership, reporting to the Location Manager and working with the BCS Segment Controller through a dotted-line relationship. You’ll lead a team of six finance and accounting professionals and serve as a strategic business partner for key operational and financial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant accounting and control activities, including forecasting, planning, reporting, consolidation, and financial analysis
• Develop and continuously improve processes to strengthen financial controls and reporting accuracy
• Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements and applicable regulatory standards
• Communicate financial performance insights to influence decisions across all levels of the organization
• Lead the team and support execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial rhythms

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in finance and accounting, with strong business partnering skills
• Deep understanding of forecasting, planning, reporting, and consolidation processes
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance
• Ability to quickly learn plant operations and identify key drivers of financial performance
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
