About the Role
Inizio is seeking a Senior Governance and Compliance Analyst to support governance, controls, and compliance activities within our Order-to-Cash (OTC) function. Reporting to the Governance and Compliance Lead, you will help ensure effective control design and operating performance across Global Finance Services (GFS).
Responsibilities
- Execute control self-assessment testing for the OTC process
- Prepare and maintain audit-ready evidence to support internal and external audits
- Monitor governance and controls performance, flagging gaps and driving remediation
- Support oversight of AI-assisted processes and help assess control implications
- Own governance reporting and contribute to continuous improvement of OTC compliance practices
- Champion AI agents that enhance how the OTC function operates, with appropriate risk and control considerations
Requirements
- Experience in governance, risk, compliance, internal controls, or audit within finance operations
- Strong understanding of control testing and audit evidence management
- Comfort working with process documentation, evidence collection, and performance monitoring
- Ability to partner across teams and communicate findings clearly
- Interest in AI and willingness to learn how AI can be integrated responsibly into business controls
