About the Role
Join Four Seasons as a Pool Technician supporting our Engineering team. You’ll help keep pool areas safe, clean, and fully functional while following health and safety guidelines. This role requires attention to detail, a practical mindset, and the ability to work independently and responsibly.
Responsibilities
- Clean swimming pools by skimming debris, vacuuming, brushing pool surfaces, and emptying skimmer baskets
- Test and balance pool water chemistry, including chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and related chemical levels
- Add and adjust chemicals in line with safety requirements and company standards
- Inspect, maintain, and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, and automation systems
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and recommend repairs or replacements
- Complete routine preventative maintenance for pool systems
- Maintain accurate service records, including water test results and completed maintenance
- Follow safety regulations and internal procedures at all times
- Keep tools, equipment, and the company vehicle clean and organized
Requirements
- Experience in pool maintenance and water chemistry testing and balancing
- Strong troubleshooting skills for pool equipment and systems
- Ability to work autonomously while staying aligned with team direction
- Comfort working with computer systems for service records
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Work authorization for Anguilla
