About the Role
Join the Monster Energy team as a POS Administrator in a temp-to-hire opportunity. You’ll manage SAP activities for our Point of Sale (POS) development department, ensuring purchase order workflows are accurate, timely, and aligned to company needs.
Responsibilities
- Enter purchase orders (POs) into SAP using the correct national and international company codes.
- Record additional POs in SAP for areas such as Material Orders, Event Marketing, Licensing & Apparel, and Operations.
- Source and document special recurring orders (e.g., vehicle wraps, sales flash cards).
- Provide PO ETAs to management and update timelines as changes occur.
Requirements
- Experience working with SAP or similar enterprise systems for order/PO administration.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering company codes and order data.
- Ability to track deadlines and communicate ETA updates clearly.
- Comfort supporting a fast-paced team environment.
