About the Role
Monster Energy is looking for a Senior Category Analyst to transform complex data into clear, actionable reporting. You’ll help strengthen business insights across sales, sales support, and field execution, including performance visibility for the bottling network.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain reporting that supports sales teams and the bottling network
- Convert abstract datasets into understandable visualizations and summaries
- Support business insights related to category performance, sales trends, and execution effectiveness
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure reporting meets decision-making needs
Requirements
- Experience building and maintaining analytics/reporting for sales or commercial teams
- Strong data visualization skills with an emphasis on clarity and usability
- Ability to translate data into concise insights for non-technical audiences
- Comfort working with field execution and bottling network performance metrics
