About the Role
USA Waste-Management Resources, LLC is seeking a Principal Engineer, Digital QA to lead highly complex testing and quality analysis. In this role, you’ll help ensure software solutions meet defined standards and deliver a strong end-user experience across multiple, multi-faceted projects.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute advanced test cases and analyses for complex systems
- Collaborate with Project Management, Quality Assurance, and Development teams from planning through completion
- Provide consultative support by solving highly technical and complex issues across multiple initiatives
- Administer and monitor the problem management process, including tracking and reporting resolution status
- Ensure system testing is completed successfully and fully documented, with all identified issues resolved
- Report quality metrics and testing outcomes to senior leadership
- Identify opportunities to improve QA strategy effectiveness and recommend and implement enhancements
Requirements
- Deep technical expertise in software quality assurance, testing, and test case development
- Proven experience handling complex, in-depth testing and analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills for technically challenging issues
- Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams across project lifecycles
- Experience reporting quality metrics to senior management
