About the Role
Toast is seeking a Principal HR Business Partner (People Success Partner) to help connect business strategy with talent execution. Reporting to the Director of People Success (GTM), you will partner primarily with the Sales organization while collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Enterprise, and Onboarding to align people priorities with growth goals.
Responsibilities
- Own HR partnership for the core Sales organization, serving as a senior individual contributor in a high-growth, matrixed environment
- Develop and drive cross-functional talent strategies spanning Sales and Marketing
- Influence senior leaders to align talent priorities with broader business objectives
- Lead complex organizational health initiatives and use data-driven insights to improve outcomes
- Act as an enterprise connector to ensure consistent talent execution across teams
Requirements
- Demonstrated HR Business Partner experience supporting Sales and/or GTM functions
- Strong ability to navigate ambiguity in a high-growth, matrixed organization
- Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment
- Experience leading organizational health or workforce strategy initiatives
- Excellent communication skills and a systemic, problem-solving mindset
