About the Role
Remote is building a best-in-class HR platform, and we’re looking for a Principal Marketing Analytics professional to help us turn marketing data into clear, actionable insights. This role is fully remote, with an asynchronous, global team and a culture centered on innovation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead advanced marketing analytics to measure performance across campaigns, channels, and customer journeys.
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and measurement methodologies.
- Partner with marketing and cross-functional teams to translate business goals into analytics strategy.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks using statistical and data-driven approaches.
- Improve data quality, instrumentation, and analytics automation to scale insights efficiently.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
- Strong experience in marketing analytics, measurement, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency with analytics tools and/or programming for data analysis and modeling.
- Experience designing dashboards and reporting systems that drive decision-making.
- Deep understanding of marketing KPIs, attribution concepts, and experimentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous environment.
