About the Role
Fin is seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager to help shape how our AI Customer Agent is positioned and adopted by businesses worldwide. You’ll translate product capabilities into clear, compelling messaging that supports customer success across service, sales, and ecommerce.
Responsibilities
- Own product marketing strategy for key offerings, partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Develop go-to-market plans, launch assets, and sales enablement materials that communicate value and differentiation.
- Create and refine messaging frameworks, positioning, and audience-specific narratives for multiple customer journeys.
- Collaborate on content and campaigns across the funnel, from awareness through conversion and retention.
- Use customer and market insights to guide product storytelling, competitive analysis, and packaging decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product marketing leadership, ideally with B2B SaaS and/or AI-driven products.
- Strong ability to translate complex product functionality into customer-focused benefits and messaging.
- Track record of successful GTM execution, including sales enablement and launch planning.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort working with technical and non-technical partners.
- Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning.
