About the Scaling Research Team
The Scaling Research team advances the efficiency of large language model training and inference. You’ll help explore new strategies to scale LLM capabilities while meeting or exceeding performance needs for real-world deployments.
Responsibilities
- Drive research efforts focused on improving LLM training and inference efficiency
- Explore novel scaling approaches and evaluate their impact on performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate research into practical outcomes
- Contribute to technical discussions, prototypes, and research artifacts
Requirements
- Strong research background in machine learning and/or large language models
- Experience with scaling-related topics such as training/inference optimization
- Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous experiments and analyze results
- Clear communication skills for sharing findings with technical stakeholders
