About the Role
Innovate Rehab and Wellness is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to provide high-quality, one-on-one patient care at a skilled nursing facility. This PRN position offers flexible, as-needed shifts with realistic daily scheduling to support work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists with patient treatments and daily care plans
- Provide patient-focused support with an emphasis on one-on-one care (group/concurrent care stays under 1%)
- Maintain professionalism and support a positive, patient-centered environment
Requirements
- Current license/certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Experience in skilled nursing or related healthcare settings preferred
- Ability to work flexible PRN shifts as scheduled
