About the Role
Circle the City is a growing nonprofit community health agency providing whole-person, high-quality care to individuals experiencing homelessness across Arizona. We’re seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner to support our mission through compassionate clinical care across our continuum of services.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced nursing practitioner services to patients within our homeless healthcare programs
- Deliver holistic, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team
- Support clinical services across multiple program settings, as needed
- Contribute to continuity of care for individuals receiving services through our medical respite, psychiatric consultation, and outreach programs
Requirements
- Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Arizona
- Experience providing clinical care in outpatient, community health, or similar settings preferred
- Commitment to serving patients experiencing homelessness with dignity and respect
- Ability to work PRN schedules and adapt to program needs
