About the Role
Innovate Rehab and Wellness is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for PRN, as-needed coverage in a Skilled Nursing Facility. This role focuses on providing quality, individualized therapy while supporting a flexible schedule that fits your life outside of work.
Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing setting
- Provide largely one-on-one patient care (group/concurrent typically under 1%)
- Collaborate with the care team to support patient goals and progress
- Adapt to flexible, as-needed shifts based on facility coverage needs
Requirements
- Current occupational therapist license (OT)
- Experience working in skilled nursing or geriatrics preferred
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered therapy
- Willingness to support flexible PRN scheduling
