About the Role
Innovate Rehab and Wellness is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide PRN coverage in a skilled nursing facility. This role offers flexible, as-needed shifts with realistic daily scheduling to support a healthy work–life balance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one occupational therapy care with minimal group/concurrent sessions (less than 1%)
- Assess patient needs and support individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with the facility team to promote safe, effective patient outcomes
Requirements
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working in skilled nursing or a related setting (preferred)
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered therapy
