About the Role
Innovate Rehab and Wellness is seeking a licensed PRN Physical Therapist to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Marshall. This role is designed for flexibility, with realistic daily scheduling to support a healthy work–life balance.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Deliver patient-focused, mostly one-on-one care (group/concurrent time is kept under 1%)
- Collaborate with the care team to support therapy goals and patient progress
- Adapt to an as-needed schedule based on facility needs
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience or comfort working in skilled nursing or similar care environments
- Strong clinical judgment and a patient-centered approach
